The Missouri Association of Court Administration has set the dates of May 24 through May 28, 2010 for its Annual Conference. Once again, the conference will be held at the Tan-Tar-A Resort located at the Lake of the Ozarks. On Thursday, May 27th; the Association will be hosting a vendor display. At this time the vendor display will be from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM in Salon C. The room will be available for setup beginning at 8:00 AM. The Attendees of the Conference will be able to go through the vendor's display throughout the entire day between sessions.
We would like to invite you to participate in the MACA vendor display. The cost for this event is $135.00 (non-refundable). MACA will supply a six (6) foot table with pipe and drape and a display banner with your company name. Should you need additional tables and/or an electrical outlet, you can make arrangements directly with Tan-Tar-A at (573)348-8554. Please ask for Convention Sales and Service. MACA would like to request that your display be totally set up by the starting time of 10:00 AM and the display breakdown be completed by 7:00 PM.
By serving as a vendor for the Thursday session, your business would have the potential to reach over 400 Court Administrators from across the State of Missouri. MACA members are given credit for participating in this session, which does encourage their attendance.
