The Missouri Association of Court Administration has set the dates of May 23 through May 27, 2011 for their Annual Conference. Once again, the conference will be held at the Tan-Tar-A Resort located at the Lake of the Ozarks. On Thursday, May 26th; the Association will be hosting a vendor exhibit from 10:00 AM. to 5:00 PM in Salon C. The room will be available for setup beginning at 8:00 AM. The Attendees of the Conference will be able to go through the vendor's exhibit throughout the entire day between sessions.
We would like to invite you to participate in this exhibit. The cost for this event is $135.00 (non-refundable). MACA will supply a six (6) foot table with pipe and drape and a display banner with your company name and a free lunch ticket. Should you need additional tables and/or an electrical outlet, you can make arrangements directly with Tan-Tar-A at (573)348-8554. Please ask for Convention Sales and Service. If additional lunch tickets are needed, they may be purchased at $25.00 per ticket. Please fill out the enclosed Vendor Meal Ticket Order Form and mail it back along with your registration payment. Meal Tickets will be delivered to your booth on May 26. MACA would like to request that your display be totally set up by the starting time of 10:00 AM and the display breakdown be completed by 7:00 PM.
If you would like to advertise in our Conference Packet, please mark your Interest on the Vendor Application Form and include the fee along with your advertisement by February 17, 2011 to insure printing in the Packet. Enclosed you will find the Vendor Application with additional information on advertising and sponsorship opportunities.
By serving as a vendor for the Thursday session, your business would have the potential to reach over 400 Court Administrators from across the State of Missouri. MACA members are given credit for participating in this session, which does encourage their attendance.
